THE TEA PARTY

The Tea Party are a very musically talented trio.  They have not yet gained the recognition that they deserve.  The best thing about them is that they are CANADIAN.  We have seen an uprise of successful Canadian bands and I believe that The Tea Party are leading the way for all others.  What makes them so good is their beautifally composed music and the number of different instruments they incorpaorate into every song they do.  They definately have a great influence from Led Zeppelin as a lot of the songs sound nearly like old Zeppelin tunes.  That is their only downfall.  People complain lots about Jeff Martin's voice, but try to imagine any other voice singing those lyrics with that music.  Impossible.

This is a very nice collage that I came across on the internet that someone had created,  I usually don't view other people's art in great detail unless it appeals to my interest, but I have to say, this was a good job.

I like this one even better than the one previous.  Although this was originally the bands art work, someone took it and transformed it into something even better.  It goes to show that there a lot of talented people out there.

This is Jeff Martin, the lead singer and frontman for the Tea Party.  He is really the backbone of the band where he leads, they follow.

Keep a mental picture of this one because this may be one of the only times that you will see a smile on Martin's face.  He usually has a dark gloomy look on his face, but apparently he is a really happy guy.  He should be with all that money.

The Tea Party's first album cover.  Splendor Solis is the name of the album.  The album inculdes such songs as: The River and Save Me.
